About

I’m Fiacre, an educator, curator and founder of Code X Art.  My interests include hacker/maker culture, digital justice, design and emerging technologies and I’ve presented on these topics at conferences in the United States and Canada. Previously I spent a decade working as a metadata librarian for both private business and public libraries. Including a graduate degree in information science, I also have a BA and MA in Religion and Culture, doing fieldwork among new religious movements in Ontario and studying the history of western esotericism.
